Smarter browser meeting detection. Spellar now detects Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and Discord calls running in Chrome, Safari, Arc, and Edge by listening for active microphone use (Granola-style), with per-app cooldown and Dismiss / Ignore / Switch-app actions.
